i am not staff but i will say my opinion, you dont make the slightest effort to report someone properly although you have been told how to many times and it would legit take less than 5 mins, you also have low activity as Toofast stated, you tend to pick fights with rule breakers which should not exist, your application indicates that my first judgment is right, but you do know the rules more than some others which is the only + you have right now.... so thats a -1 for me.
