~Why me~

Activity
I first started playing Deathrun 2-3 years ago and I loved it. I quickly applied for moderator and got accepted. After 3 weeks I went for admin and I stayed at this position for 1 year and 3 months. After I decided to resign cuz the game became boring. I came back in September and I enjoyed it again. I applied for moderator the first week and applied for admin right after. After 2 months I decided to go for Super Admin which is the position I currently hold. So I'm now SA for 2 months and almost 1 week, I've always got my activity even when the server was 2 players and never been under 180min. I have also tried to attend every meetings, I only didn't attend one. I play the gamemode everyday, sometimes waiting people to come for like 30mins.

Attitude
I'm always friendly and helpful in game or in TS, when someone needs help I try my best to solve the problem and if I can't I still ask other people to know how. I don't have any problem with the staff team and have a good relationship with all staff members, I often talk with most of them. I'm also professional when it comes to help people, handle an appeal, etc...

Experience
I've been now SA for 2 months which gave me a lot of experience in leading the staff team. I have been handling appeals and reports and even when I wasn't handling it, I still tried to help by giving proof of SteamID or anything else, and tried to understand how to handle it correctly. I'm not only looking at Deathrun appeals (because it's rare) but I'm generally also looking at TTT and SSRP appeals to gain experience from it. I'm also TTT Admin which proves my dedication but I'm also active on Teamspeak and on forums where I check every 30mins if there is something new.

Forums/Teamspeak/Discord
As I said I'm often on. On Teamspeak I generally go in the TTT channel to speak with other staff member but I also go talk in spacers with other people. About the forums I'm really active not only on PC because I still on forums with my phone until 11pm or more. I reply to topics or gives my opinion on applications. And as I'm on forums with my phone, I also go on discord where I am really active to talk with people, to help or to dab.

My plans/goals as Head Administrator
Finally I'm going to talk about my plans. My plans as Head Admin would be to bring more people in the server. Currently the server as a low player base and I would like to bring more people and then make people applying for staff. Since the server has less players, I feel like I should try to help more, I then played every maps to check any bugs and reported it, I've tried to find some suggestion to make the server better but as a Head Admin I would do more. I would like to also make a better communication within the staff team as I feel like Moderators or Admins doesn't really talk with the LT.
