Example 2: If an Person killed an Innocent but the Innocent was KOSed. You can only kill the guy that called the KOS on the Innocent, not the actual killer. (Unless the killer was the guy that called the KOS)
In this situation you'd be allowed to kill both the killer and the person that made the KOS.
