Given that you have asked for advice before re-applying and asked when the best time would be, it shows you're being considerate and you realise what..happened before, was a big yikes. It shows seriousness in wanting to atone for past mistakes which is a great quality to have when applying again.

As your gametracker has always shown, you have 0 problems with activity and can play the gamemode for hours

Keep up the attitude and don't get anymore punishments and you'll easily have my vote
