• Were killed in the Spawn District
• Respawned and immediately began firing at Jack

The NLR timer system is not flawless and can display the wrong district upon death - this is not an opportunity to loophole and interact with the district you actually died in. Common sense should come into play here; you knew you died in Spawn, so you have an active NLR timer in Spawn.

You have failed to provide any sufficient evidence of negligence and/or misconduct and from what I can see this warn is completely valid thus it will not be removed.
