Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would use this command if
1. 7 or more recents
2.mass rdm (more then 3 kills) and leaving
3. Continuing to make racist jokes when they where warned to stop


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted?
i think i should be promoted because. I really enjoy the experience of being a Moderator, i am on almost every day unless i cannot be on (like holidays or exams) and I communicate well with players and with the staff members. I also had to help a few people who weren't happy a member of staff wasn't punished in a report so I told them to come to the forums to appeal it.

i wont be as active this week as i am going on holidays for four days
