The attempt at demonstrating a change on the forums has been recognised and is greatly appreciated, but it simply isn't enough. I understand your position and the fact that you're currently unable to do any better, but you need to wait until you can do better to reappeal.

You were even given a second chance, with the ban being reduced to a month, but you blew it.

Simply put, what you did was reprehensible and you're not going to get unbanned this easily.
