Sell money for items in a shop

How would it benefit the server:
It would the shop owner to buy items without actively trading people

Potential Issues/Exploits:
There could be a limit on the amount a player could buy an item for such as the 1Bil cap on selling items

The player who is buying the item could have a full inventory where the item would either be held until the player has enough room or it will be added to the players inventory but exeed the maximum inventory space, this could be exploited for "Infinite" inventory space, one way of having this solved is by taking the space in the players inventory when they add an buying listing for an item.

Additional Notes:
This would allow the shop owner to put a buying listing in their shop so people can sell their items for a set amount of cash to the shop owner. It would reduce the amount of people using auto adverts etc which flood the chat and can also makes the process of buying items a lot more simplistic and easy for the user to do.
