Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command :
Player 'x' is calling player 'y' racial slurs and insulting them so I would Mute/Gag player 'x' and Warn them, then after they become unmuted/engaged they continue to harass player 'y' with insults and racial slurs. Because it's his second offense I would kick him but if he joined back and continued to do it I would then ban them for Racism.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After reading his very detailed apology full of effort, seeing this is his first ever ban I would most likely reduce the time of their ban and make sure they understand that if they cheat again they will be permanently banned.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I am hella suitable for this role, Y'all should give me some kind of power to demolish the evil on the ttt server so that the devil can never resurface and show his face or her face (because I'm fair to both genders or genders) on the server. I should be chosen because I can handle 'The Heat'. I don't break rules, I am nice and friendly all the time. Believe me, I can get the job done, I pretty good at puns (A mexican magician was doing a magic trick. He said, Uno, Dose, and he disappeared without a trace), I can provide some pickup lines to the players, example, You look like trash, may I take you out? I feel like I should upgrade to another level since I've been here for a long time and it seems like I should do something about these dumbs dumbs rdmers because nobody likes a rulebreaker. But nobody likes a teacher's pet either but here we are. I look up to a lot of people on this server and I'm like god damn! I wanna be like them, great at ttt like them, good at stuff like them. Gosh they da best. I am like backstreet boys, they old but they can get things going. And once again, Its time. Also, I believe anything is possible.
