And yes if someone mass RDM + LTAP's they're supposed to be banned but that doesn't mean you can't help dealing with it as a moderator. For example you could contact an administrator or above/put it in the discord to be dealt with or at the very least warn him for mass RDM and give him a sufficient amount of autoslays.

Application is fine, though your activity is lacking so try to improve on that.
