Here I will put my reason for supporting Sorle, last time he was an absolutely great staff member, did his job well and was able to have fun. He takes his job seriously, is dedicated and is friendly. One of my main reasons is that he is mature, and wanted to ask me if he should apply first without full activity and a recent, multiple people have been accepted with problems like these and I think they should be put aside considering he will do much more good than bad.
