Thomas Shelby, being a moderator is completely unable to manipulate your characters face in-game and therefore didn't set your face, he did however mark the multiple false f1's you made as spam to prevent other staff from wasting their time on something they cannot deal with. Only head admins are able to change the faces of other users and therefore you should have either pm'd one in game or just asked one when you saw them.

I would like to remind you creating false F1's repeatedly, which you were doing will get you punished and you should avoid doing this.
