Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would use the ban command if people:
-Mass RDMing + LTAP
-Many recents (7+)
-Mass Disrespect/Racism
-Use an ALT to ban evade

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I think I should be chosen because I'm really active on the server. I have handled a lot of reports during my moderator time and I would like to do more for the server. I would like to handle the reports or appeals on the forums or ban people who constantly rulebreak to make the server better. Sometimes when I am on the server and there is mass rulebreaker with like 8-9 recents but no admins on, I feel like I could help with it without waiting an admin. I am Lead Team on Deathrun which shows I'm experienced and also qualified for the Admin position as I already have handled appeals on forums or banned people. I have good interactions with staff members and players. I am really active and I will try to keep a high activity.

[spoiler][b]Hello Player X ! I've looked through your appeal and I see you seems apologetic about your actions. This is the first time you're hacking on the server and I hope it's also the last one. I have talked with some staff member and we all think you can come back to the TTT server. Remember to not hack on our servers again.
