Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel like I have enough time to get accepted but its totally up to staff team voting on me at meeting . Also, after getting along with the staff team in DarkRP servers I think I am trustworthy enough to be promoted to admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Well there was nothing that hard since its my second time being a moderator but I encountered some situation such as having 5 people mass RDMing in spawn and having to look for their names and copying their steam ID and freeze them . Well, by the time i freeze them they will have RDMed all of spawn so its all about Moderator commands and how specific you have to be with every letter / number.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there!
Congratulations for getting accepted, my name is Hazem and I will be training you on how to become a great Moderator
First of all, being a moderator means a few things:
1- Having a full idea of the server rules
2- You have to follow staff ethos and stick by them
3- Being aware about whats happening in the server
4- Never abuse your staff powers
Secondly, you will have new commands and access, Here is a list:
1- Teleportation: - /goto SteamID (to go to someone)
- /tp SteamID (to teleport someone to where you are looking) *use only /tp for yourself*
- /bring SteamID (to bring someone to you)
- /back SteamID (to teleport someone back to their last location) *only use /back for yourself"
- /backspawn SteamID (to teleport someone back to spawn) *use`only /backspawn for yourself*
2- Freezing: - /freeze SteamID (to make them unable to move)
- /unfreeze SteamID (to make them able to move after freezing)
3- Punishing: - /warn SteamID <Reason> (to warn someone)
- /unwarn SteamID (to take back the warn)
- /kick SteamID <Reason> (to kick someone)
- /voicemute SteamID <Reason> <time> (to make someone unable to use mic)
- /chatmute SteamID <Reason> <time> (to make someone unable to type)
- /slay SteamID <Normal/Silent/Explode/Rocket> <Reason>
**Note you can use some of these commands using the TAB Menu**
Finally, Staff have different controls:
1- Press F1 to view pending F1s
2- You have access to the job "Mod On Duty"
3- You can type "///" in chat to type in admin chat
4- Press F6 to search for players punishments
In the end, I hope you have an amazing time as a moderator there are more instructions that are given in the "ACCEPTED" reply in your application. By following these steps above you will be a great Moderator in no time, Welcome to the staff team.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have come over your ban appeal and read it carefully in details. I searched for the ban and contacted the admin who banned you, after having a long discussion and taking his opinion. Propspaming is against the rules. However, considering that it is your first ban and what you wrote in the ban appeal and how sorry you are. I came to a conclusion...

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
Well I think I should be promoted because being an Admin is going to really help me in staffing so i hope that I get accepted . bring able to do more things while staffing is just great like banning and jailing and specially picking up rulebreakers with physgun, I know that I have been demoted before but I also think that I am trustworthy enough to get that promotion.
