Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If player A kills three or more players without a solid reason why he did so (RDMed them) and then instead of atleast waiting for his punishment just leaves the server. Following to that I would ban him for one day with the reason MRDM + LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well first of all I shouldn't ban someone for cheating if I would be admin. However if I would handle an appeal similiar to this I would write the following:

Hello "player", thankyou for creating an appeal on your ban in such detail. After looking into the appeal I have come the conclusion that your appeal has been
since you did get banned for hacking, which is not allowed, I am not just gonna remove your ban fully, but I will shorten it down to three days hoping that you learn from the short break and won't do this again. Keep in mind that if you get banned a second time it won't be removed this easily.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

Well in the last four months of not being staff member I have traveled the wolrd a bit and just came back a week ago and fully fell in love with TTT again. Well I guess I never didn't love the game, since I'm close to reaching 2000 hours of TTT, but I would just love to be part of the staff team again and continue my job were I stopped 4 months ago.
