You cant just play the card saying he wants to be head admin on servers when he clearly is very dedicated to not only the server but the entire community and he is only trying to greater improve his contribution by assisting jailbreak as a head admin. If he thinks he can do then don't doubt him he is very skilled and intelligent and if the owners want a head admin he would be by far the best candidate.
