➤ Player breaking the rule 2.1 MRDM and leaving afterwards to avoid punishment (LTAP)!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have gone through your Appeal and I am very glad to see you have improved! I'm also glad you took your time to put effort into your appeal and make it so immaculate. I appreciate your apology and I personally think it's time for you to come back to the TTT server. I'll be discussing Your Appeal this evening with [Staff Members Name] and hopefully, we will come to a conclusion with no problems and very quickly so you get to enjoy the rest of your evening!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
Even though I have become TTT Moderator just recently, I have actually really started enjoying the gamemode. I have also interacted a lot with most of the TTT staff members and am really enjoying hanging out with them! I think that I could do more on TTT and that's why I'm applying for this position. I'm planning to continue my work as usual and this time I'll be qualified to handle Reports and Appeals on the Forums which is something I'm good at! It's also mandatory to mention that i am Lead Team on two servers which are the following: SSRP - Super Administrator and Prop Hunt - Head Administrator which just shows that I have sufficient experience regarding staffing!
