After seeing this I am simply shocked. This is not just some thingy you fill up in order to enter the selection of new staff, this is where you show your in-game and rule knowledge. And everyone who reads this will share the same opinion. I'm not going to go trough detail nor tell you what's wrong here, it's up to you to open up and go trough some applications and see how it's done. This here proves that you need more time as a User. I highly doubt you'll have my vote. Good luck anyways!
