Change the time the rare item store refreshes

How would it benefit the server:

More players getting the chance to get rare items rather than the small group who either wake up early or stay up late for it.

I am sick of staying up until 6AM ruining my sleeping pattern for the chance to get a $60,000,000 Ion Cannon change the time the rare item store refreshes to a more peak time for the server. Like 8PM UK time
