I don't think the case is joining a gunfight, but just Kyber rdming an innocent.
1. Kyber said that he was following the dude the whole time, he knows he hasn't committed any traitorous acts and hasn't been KOS'd
2. Here comes naynaleigh, damaging Vojta for no reason. Kyber has all the reason to kill naynaleigh, if his story is true(Which most likely is considering the round had just started.)

Kyber said he had followed Vojta for the entire round before the event occurred. Kyber had no reason to kill Vojta afterwards:
On top of the following the certain player, Vojta actually did pretty much nothing during this shooting. If you look at the logs, Kyber single-handedly killed naynaleigh, the guy who hit Vojta. Vojta dealt a total of 22 damage to naynaleigh before he was killed. So the only thing Vojta did was get hit. Last time I checked getting smacked once isn't a valid KOS, since Vojta wasn't even the person who killed naynaleigh for hitting him.
