I get where you're coming from Kyber.. but then why end up killing Votja anyway if you knew he didn't commit and acts?
Looking at your story and the logs fairly to say you rdm'd Votja, you had no reason to kill him as you said:

We can all agree you like to RDM and once punished for it you dive into the rules to avoid this.

I don't see where toadhog went in the wrong for punishing you for this rdm.
