On a more serious note:

You've been back in the community for the past 6 weeks by the meeting and had administrator for 5 so dedication should no longer be an issue (and hasn't been for a couple weeks IMO). You're quite friendly and fun to talk with and you have accumulated lots of past staffing experience over your time as part of the TTT staff team, and probably wouldn’t have any problems settling in to the position of Super Administrator. Since coming back you've been helping out new & and old staff members with all the questions that've come up (and what not). You've shown maturity and you're very active on TeamSpeak, forums and ingame.
