When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

The ban command should only be used as a last resort or in extreme cases of misbehaviour. Players who do not have recent punishments or are breaking minor rules should not really be banned unless they repeatedly break rules despite other punishments being given.

Some examples of when the ban command would be appropriate to use would be:

• A player continues to be racist/discriminatory/disrespectful despite warnings and gags/mutes.
• A player has been warned for ghosting a least three times within the past two weeks.
• A player was caught cheating by a member of the lead team after being kicked previously for using cheats.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

Fortunately, I have not to work around anything that was made complicated by my lack of commands. I have been able to diffuse all situations from escalating past the point where I can handle them.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)

I am one of the most active staff members on Deathrun at the moment. My previous experience in other areas of the community could be put to even better use by having access to more commands and privileges that moderators do not have access to. I consider myself to be a dependable and trustworthy candidate due to the ranks I hold and have held in the past. I have amassed a vast amount of lead team experience since joining in September 2016 which comes in handy across all sections of the community.
