I'd like to see you fine-tune all the small things. For example:

Don't handle 6 different reports at the same time. Stick to the 1 so your focus stays on the 1 report. (Yes as you've said you have seen multiple people do this too)

Work on the activity and make sure you're vocal enough to help out players when they ask you on the server.

And lastly, don't be in any rush to get Admin, make sure you become a great admin that doesn't make mistakes and knows the ins and outs before doing so!
