your suggestion was brought up in todays TTT LT meeting and the present LT members have voted to accept this rulechange.

In addition to that we'll implement a feature that will send a message to the chat as soon as the life check becomes available and lower the time you have to wait to one minute.
Because of that the rule change will go live when thats ready, I'll make a changelog about it when its done.
