Your "Why should i be promoted" just seems superficial to me? might just be the way i'm reading it in my head but you don't seem sincere about being untrustworthy and stealing someone else's application. Also, from what i read you seem to want admin for the cool new stuff you can do, rather than for helping others more than a moderator would.
