Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I'd give them a verbal and if they don't stop I'd chat/voice mute them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I'd contact an administrator to have them permanently banned

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosing is when one or more members of one team is telling the other team information that they usually wouldn't be privy to. An example of this is a prop telling a hunter where another prop is located.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I've seen that on prop hunt people in very discrete places being found almost instantly leading me to believe that someone is ghosting, and I've not seen any staff members online to report it to so i think I should be accepted so when I'm online the users can have a better playing experience which would look good for Zarp. Another reason that I should be chosen is that since the requirement to not be warned / demoted is so low a lot of the staff members aren't online longer than they need to be, so if i was accepted there would be more hours overall in which a staff member would be online.
