Damage logs

How would it benefit the server:
Allow staff members to check for damage in the case of a "He shot me so I killed him" type of F1

Potential Issues/Exploits:
It would be a lot to look through so would require a search tab like in the normal logs

Additional notes:
This would have to be in a separate tab than the normal logs to keep the normal logs clear and not flooded
