I don't really think having gangs on TTT is a good idea as there's already "teams" (inno, detective and traitor). I fear that people may use these gangs as an excuse to team up despite being different roles. .

Also deathrun gangs hasn't seemed to impact the server that much despite all the hype there was far it (now that I think about it I'm not surprised, it's deathrun after all)

Apart from that, as long as Xnator doesn't touch it ( ) I wouldn't mind seeing this added, it's something new.
