Gang Names and Colours

How would it benefit the server:

More socialising, more fun, more concurrent players

Additional notes:

This is how I'd want it to look.

It would open up new avenues for challenges and player interactivity, having stats for like "X gang has won 38 rounds, they're the best for winning" "B gang has combined T kills of 675!"
