Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel my time as a moderator has contrubuted very well towards becoming an admin. I have dedicated alot of my time to doing all F1's I come across and helping users daily. During the past week i have learn't alot of efficent ways to handle different people who have no intention to play by the rules. I see various mass rule breaks and with the rank of admin i could easily just deal with them appropriatly - due to the addition in commands. Also, i have gained alot of knowledge with different rules which help add to my proffesionalism during a sit and back my point of veiw when it comes to my decision.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have come across people who just come on the server to troll. They constantly break NLR, RDM and other basic rules on the server only causing havoc among players. This has lead to me being stranded due to lack of powers to punish him and only being able to kick and warn is hard for any moderator on the server. Also, he kept on LTAP'ing and the admins on the server were AFK. But with the simple command of /ban could change the whole proccess of the situation and help the server to become clean with no rule breakers. Eventually, I was able to contact a close admin of mine to punish him / Ban him.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly, we will start with the Freeze command. This freeze's the player so that it can't move or shoot. You can complete this by typing : " /freeze STEAM ID " or by entering the tab menu and then their name. In the tab menu you have an option of how long you would like to freeze him for. These are : 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and then indefinitely. With the typed command it always freezes him/her for indefinitely. Also, by typing : " /unfreeze STEAMID" or doing it through the tab menu, it would unfreeze them and they could carry on with their roleplay.
Next, we have the Tp / Goto command. The tp command teleports the player to where your crosshair is. This can be performed by typing /tp or /teleport STEAM ID, As always, it can be done in the tab menu. With the Goto command it teleport YOU to the player you have directed. U can do this by typing /goto STEAMID or through the tab menu.
Then, you have the /back command. This returns the player to their last location before they were tp'ed. You can do this by typing /back STEAM ID or through the tab menu. With the tab menu it also allows you to return them back to spawn, This can be helpful if they are breaking NLR.
Now, the Voice Mute / Chat mute command. This allows you to disallow them to speak or talk for a certain amount of time. You perform the command by typing " /chatmute STEAMID (Time (Seconds) ( Reason) this is also the case with the voice mute : /voicemute STEAMID (Time (Seconds) ( Reason ) you can also use this in the tab menu where you can select the time there.This is useful for when someone is racist or prejudice in OOC.
Next, we have the Slay command. This is used to kill someone if they are mass rdming in spawn and you have to quickly react to the situation. You can perform it by typing /slay STEAM ID ( Reason ). With the tab menu you have 4 different options : Normal, Silent , Explode, Rocket.
Lastly, You have /warn. This is used as your punishment command, ( The Slay and Mute command are also a recent punishment though) it will show on their rapsheet and become a recent punishment. You perform it by typing /warn STEAM ID ( Reason ).
Now that we are of the commands, we can focus on the different addons to a Moderator.
By pressing F6, it comes up with a rapsheet. You can search a players recent punishments by selecting their name. From their you can select a specific punishment such as RDM.
Next, We have the f1 menu. By pressing f1 it comes up with a list of all the different f1's people have reported. When they make an f1 it shows on the list and a notification on the top right of your screen appears. Once an f1 appears on the list, you right click on it and it will come up with different options : One is handling it, left clicking on this will allow you to handle the situation and you can TP and Bring them through the menu. If the f1 is a spam or abuse it can be deleted through the button on the f1. Also If you handling the f1 and you need to abort it, There is a button which allows you to doing it by right clicking.

Congratulations [Player] On receiving the rank of Moderator. Today I will train you into becoming the best staff member you can be. I will teach you the basic commands of a Moderator and then some extensive addons you'll need to know

The warnings page just shows the warnings that have been completed while you have been a mod, the f6 menu is the better one for warnings. The logs menu shows a lot, It includes Kills, Deaths, NLR , Defibs, Arrests, Connections, Deconnects, Changing Jobs and Hits. This is the main source that you will always use. Then the active NLR page, this shows who has active nlr at that point in time.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player X! I have reviewed your appeal and I see you have put in a lot of effort and detail into this. I can also see your significant amount of apologies. I have spoken to the admin that banned you and we have come to a conclusion. Seeing as this is your first ban we have decided to accept your appeal and you are now allowed to play on our servers! We suggest you dont do anything like this again otherwise we wont have much sympathy for you. So read the rules while you are at it Here
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I think you should promote me because I dedicate a lot of my time to completing f1's everyday. I work hard to complete every f1 a come across and with my efficiency I will always get the job done. During my time as a mod throughout my whole time as a moderator I have completed 550+ f1's and it is always rising, with no limit at all. I dream of this rank. Every time I'm on the server I am polite and generous throughout the staff team and players. I have learn't new and exquisite ways to handle F1's to the best extent . I am always easy to talk to and I always try to interact with staff members. I give up my personal time to stop rulebreakers and with admin, a job that was hard has just become so easy and efficient. When it comes to a sit I am always professional and I give a fair outcome to the situation despite the cause.
