Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Changing the logging system for arrests/unarrests to show rp names, not steam names.

How would it benefit the server: Make it a lot less confusing for staff when checking logs and handling RDA sits for example.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: I've never understood why, but everything in the logging system goes by RP names, except arrests. This is really confusing when you're handling sits and searching the logs and no arrests show up unless you use steamid or steam name. Making it so the arrests also go by RP name like every other log would make it much less confusing for players that use a different RP name to their steam name.
