How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
I would first question the accusing user and understand how/if he is being bullied. After asking a few questions I would move the accused user into another spacer and ask what they had been doing to the user. Depending on what was happening I’ll talk to them about how to behave properly or next time there would be a severe punishment. If this was an ongoing issue then I would do my best to make the two players talk it out and resolve the conflict altogether

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Move User – This command is used to move a user from one channel to another. It is mainly used by TS3 staff to move users and staff to spacers they can’t access like the Top Spacer and the Meeting Room but can be used to remove an unwanted user from a certain channel

Set Server Group – This command is used to add a server badge to a user, for example, a Prop Hunt Admin badge. It is used by staff in training when they are training new staff members so someone can be easily recognised by users on the server as staff. The command is also used to remove a staff member’s badge when they resign

Kick User from channel/server – This command is used to kick a player out of your channel/from the server if they are misbehaving. Before kicking a player from the server/channel, I would speak to the player and make sure that they know what they have done wrong so that if they join back they know not to repeat it

Ban User from the server – This command is used on users after they have broken a number of different rules and have been given warnings to stop. Before banning someone they should probably be kicked but if the rules broken were severe then the users can just be banned. If the rule breaking was minor and they have been warned then a short ban would be warranted

Delete user’s avatar – A TS3 staff member can remove a player’s avatar if it is discriminatory, vulgar or breaks the ToU in any way.

I should be chosen for Teamspeak staff because I am very active. I am on Teamspeak nearly every day, definitely whenever I am playing on the server or am just bored, where I speak to users and staff members. I am also trustworthy as I hold a Prop Hunt Admin rank and have held a TTT Admin rank and have never been officially warned or demoted on either of these servers.
