Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match[RDM] means killing someone for no reason or an unnecessary reason.

X kills Y without doing /me because he stunstickked him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule[NLR] means if you die in a district, you can't go the that district for 3 minutes and can't kill who killed you.(Revenge RDM)

X got killed by Y while he was scrapping a car. After that X goes back to the "Warehouse District" and kills Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I will bring both players[X and Y] to a roof. I will ask to player Y why he killed player X. If Y does not give a valid reason, I will check his rapsheet for his recent warnings about RDM. If there is not, I will continue with giving a verbal warn. If there is a recent warning for RDM, I will warn player Y.

If player Y gives a valid reason, I will ask the story to X. If he tells me another story than Y's story, I will ask for a proof to X. If there is no proof, I will teleport both players back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will teleport to player Y and ask him If I can teleport him. I will bring both players to a roof and then ask the story. I will check the logs to see if it was in the same district. If it is, I will check player Y's rapsheet about NLR. If he has any recents, I will warn him. If not I'll continue with giving a verbal warning and teleport both players back. If I catch player Y breaking NLR, I will give him a warning.
