After having a look into this situation, I do remember we spoke in game about this but no proof was provided from both sides. Though I have spoken to bankseye and told him if he was to be spreading rumours, not to. If you were to scam a player and it got reported I'm sure you would've been permanently banned at this point. )Unless banksye can actually get proof of you scamming) There is no need for a punishment to be made so I will be denying this punishment request. Reasons shortened below
-Lack of evidence from both sides
-No rule was actually broken
