You may wanna improve on your activity, It's usually around 2 weeks of constant activity (with exceptions sometimes) for staff, Then 3 hours activity a week i belive if you get accepted.
I haven't seen you that much ingame but from what i have seen you've been helpful and friendly.
Possibly add detail to your application also.
