Peek-Chan and his friend Ezt3 were both RDMing constantly as there were no admins/mods on the server. They are not stupid enough to break the rules when one is present but abuse them when nothing can be done to stop them. One screenshot below shows their excessively low karma from their RDMing. For this reason and the evidence supplied both should be banned. I will submit a separate punishment request for Ezt3 shortly.
