Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random death match means killing a player for no specified RP reason, An example for this will be if I saw someone wearing a suit, and I killed that guy just to make him lose the suit then it will be counted for RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New life rule means that a player cannot go back to the zone/district that he previously died in for 3 minutes, An example for NLR is if a guy kills another person, And that person kills the same guy that killed him because he was killed by him in his last life. The player must not have any memories of his past life and therefore can't kill the person for this reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly, I would ask player y's side of the story, If player y specifies that he killed player x for a valid RP reason, such as shooting him, Then I would ask player x for additional proof that player y did, in fact, kill him for no RP reason, If player x fails to provide sufficient evidence, I will let player y go and close the sit as there's not enough proof to give player y a punishment, If player x does provide proof then I would tell player y what he did wrong, And give him a verbal warning or a warning depending on his recents, And if player y lied in the sit I would definitely warn or jail him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the logs to see if it showed that player y did break NLR, If player y did break NLR without an RP reason (Raiding nuke, the bank as a cop) then I would warn him based on his recent punishments and rap sheet.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

I would like to become a staff member, to improve the server and the community, to provide that there is a moderator online when most of the others are still sleeping.
I always had an interest in helping out other people, and give them a little push in the right direction. My intentions as a staff member would be to help both players and staff team out the best way I can.
It has been a dream to become a staff ever since I first joined this server. and I believe I endure the maturity needed to be a responsible and successful member of staff.
I will try my best to possibly help everyone at whichever situation they are put in, to the best of my ability as I am a very patient and reliable individual. I believe that I have the capability to control situations that I am put under, and manage player issues which arise as well as working efficiently alongside other staff members.
I would like to become Staff to help clear the server of rulebreakers, I am pretty sick of all the players mass nlring and mass rdming in the spawn near the morning hours when no staff is online, while all I can do is record them and get them banned about 4 hours later, When they have already completed their rulebreaking. Some people may not think I'm Mod material but, not to be modest, I would try my hardest to be the best mod of my ability. when people do break the rules I tell them of their mistake and deliver the correct punishment. I believe I'm friendly towards people so this would help when people are arguing, I only get angry If it's for an important reason, personal or otherwise, or people ruin other people's experiences without thinking how it would affect them.

I have recently been unbanned from an act I did a few months ago, I've been trying to show myself as a completely different and reformed person in this community, I've gotten zero punishments ever since being unbanned as a sign of this, And I have also shown a great improvement in my attitude, And so I wish to care for this community that I have almost ruined, To try and repay the player base of my bad act that I did.
