During the previous weeks, enough F1 reports were made to satisfy each and every staff members F1 count up to two times.
The problem is the fact that we have a lot of new staff who are trying their best to get the highest possible F1 count they can. It is best if a staff member starts doing their job as soon as they can instead of waiting for the last days of the week to get their weekly F1 count. 20 F1's is simply a fair amount of reports a staff member needs to do, especially considering you have 7 days to do so. Nothing here requires a change.
