Reason:
He just repastes base after I explode many of his props.
5.6 Building - Building or rebuilding during a raid is not allowed. Any repairs must be done once the raid has ended. A single prop may be placed during a raid in order to block a camera but this should be removed once the raid has ended.

Story:
I came across this base owned by Carter (Pretty sure it was him), started raiding it and exploded basically the whole base. He repasted multiple times during my raid (if anyone wants a clip of him repasting multiple times just ask.) and when I told him to stop he wouldn't stop.
