After discussing the situation with Gody, I have determined his punishments to be valid. As a cop, if you enter an owned building/bank/base without permission, i.e. using a battering ram to gain access, you are raiding the building/bank/base.

Furthermore, all police jobs are unable to print as outlined by the current job rules.
