he keeps binding whatever staff say and spams it into chat, annoyed me when i was staff and probably is annoying other staff

Story
he basically binded a ban i did and changed the name to his, he also binded stuff toofast said or done and eddie i think, he just spams it into chat and when told to stop it he does not.
he also had a anti Semitic name despite the fact that he knows the rules pretty well and that he souldn't have it, i belive he breaks rules when staff are not on and HAS exploited money but i have no proof of it.
