Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Over the 2 or so months of being a mod ive had to learn the rules a bit more, gotten a lot of good knowledge from fellow staff and admins, have had to deal with a lot of minges and ppl mass breaking rules and feel as if id be a good fit with the admin team to further help make zarp clean, as a mod im limited on powers and always find myself needing an admins help punishing a player further then I can do

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Back when I first became a mod I had a group of friends, around 5 ppl mass prop spamming, prop pushing killing miners and was the only staff on, and every time id warn and release them theyd start back up, was really difficult to chorale them and keep them at bay, but after I warned one for the 4th time and they saw it was a 60 min ban they all left and never came back.

Also have had numerous ppl spamming racism when im the only staff on, and had to try and handle accordingly

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would discuss with the staff member that banned them privately and explain that this is their first offense and perm may be a bit harsh and to consider lowering it, would then explain that if they re offended they will be punished further. Also let them know to read the rules while they are banned

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I feel that my time as a moderator has been a learning experience, also feel as if ive got a better explanation of the rules since dealing with a bunch of diff situations, as a mod im very tied on what I can and cant do and a lot of times I get on during the night and have ppl tryin to kill miners or other players ruining their EXP on the server, I think as an admin id be able to handle things a lot easier being able to instantly freeze a rule breaker, jail them or ban them if needed, I think I would make a good admin an help the server

Lets take this time to go over the new commands you acquired

Your Teleport Commands:

/tp This will TP you to where your cursor is pointed at, Id recommend binding it to a key for easy tp for admin sits, You can also /tp SteamID the person you news to speak to

/goto SteamID will teleport you to that player
/bring SteamID will Teleport that player to yourself
/back Will Teleport you to your last location or /back SteamID will Teleport the player back to theirs

All of these commands are also accessible via your Tab Menu, just click on the player you need and Freeze,TP,Goto etc are all there!

Your Punishment Commands:
/Freeze SteamID This id only used to disable rule breakers to speak to them(You may also hit tab, go to their name and Freeze there)
/voicemute SteamID is used when someone is mic spamming when not Radio Manager or someone being Racist
/chatmute Steam ID like voice mute this is used to prevent someone spamming or being racist in chat
/slay SteamID This will instantly kill the player so only use if the player is constantly breaking rules and no admins are avail

All of these features are also avail in your tab menu

Now we will look at the new Menus

If you hit F1 you will see a new menu

1 Will have all of the current F1s that are active, the time the member has been waiting and who is handling if anyone
2. This section will show all of the warnings given out and by which staff handed it out
3 This is your logs, this will show everything, from killings to arrests, also will show who came and left the server, very useful with F1s and sorting it out
4 This last section will show all active NLR and the name of player and which district, also shows how much time is remaining

Lastly you have a F6 Menu
With this you can check a members rap sheet and see all the warnings, just type in their steam id
