Suggestion Title:
Add an 'archive', or accepted and denied sub-sections for the report abuse, appeals and server application sections.

How would it benefit the server:

Adding these sections would make it potentially easier for staff to see any pending reports for their respective server. It also makes it easier for forum staff to identify any appeals/reports that have a verdict posted but have not been moderated properly.

Having accepted/denied topics sorted into sections would also make it easier for data analytics, if someone is interested to see how many reports were accepted X server over a time period it would be easier to do if they were sorted into an appropriate section.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Would require setup by site admins, additional overhead when training section/global moderators.

Additional notes:

Each sub-section should be able to be moderated by the section moderators of the parent section. For example, Eddie and Nafe are section mods of Report Abuse, so they should be able to moderate those sections too. Obviously Global Mods and Forum Admins should be able to moderate too.

I'm tentative to suggest that topics in these sections shouldn't show up in 'recent topics', but all posts, thank yous and so on should still count for any topic in these sections.
