How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
I would at first get the full story out of the person, assure him that not everyone in this community is as disrespectful/toxic and i then would punish the people who bullied the person depending on the sevrity of the acts done against the person, i would also make sure that the person who got bullied did not trigger the fight at first and caused them to snap.


Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Server mute : if a person was mic spamming in one of the channels i would server mute him immediately and mention them in the chat and explain to them that they must refrain from that act or else they will be punished
Server Deafen : this basically deafens the user and server mutes the person as well in a voice channel, this can be used when a discord staff member is trying to settle a fight between two people and wants to hesr different side of the fight
Kick/Ban : they are well know and no need to explain, it is used when a person is generally being disrespectful/toxic and is not stopping, and or is chat spamming or mic spamming.


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am way more active on discord than the forums, i also have a basic knowledge of the people there and their basic behavior, i also would like to help make the discord channel more active somehow, like i always say in my applications i want to help make zarp a better community. I also have managed two discord servers and i am well aware of the functions and features.
