Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have taken my time to get around gain more experience in the command system bhop uses and i have slightly filled the gap of the lack of staff online to stop the rule breakers

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
not going to lie there hasn't been any situation the needed an admin to be on [ during my mod period ] but even before i got staff i encountered a group of russian mic spammers whom also disrespected every single english-speaking person on the server at that time and called names like pigs and scum, i then asked for help on discord and no response, promoting me will fix that for i am active on discord and i am always willing to help

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
i know admins are not allowed to handle hacking/cheating appeals but i had to do it

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have shown my dedication to zarp by being very active and basically showing interest in hopes of making the community better ( if it isn't already awesome ), i have massively increased my activity on bhop other than days that i had emergencies in, i really would like to help close the gap of bhop's lack of staff and i am looking forward to being able to contribute more in this server!

[color=#4400bb]you would use this command when a person is either shouting for an excessive amount of time and or playing music through his mic, or when a player is disrespectful or racist, but before you do so try to verbally warn him and if the person hasn't stopped then take immediate action of gagging [/color]
