I am very disappointed that you are left with so many questions in the end when everything should have been very clear when you get demoted. I will follow this up before the next meeting and see if I can get the proof to see if this demotion was needed. Usually, I take the side of the lead-team/server owners so I am sorry this happened. If this is referring to the situation where you broke NDA to me I am going to be disappointed because at no point did I tell anyone nor would I get you demoted for something like that.
