Story/Situation - I received an official warning with the reason of breaking NDA and then changed to bad attitude when I explained my side. I still don't understand where I'd showed a bad attitude at any point and it honestly seems that's just a reason that was added on to keep my official. I appealed it, it was denied. Soon after it got denied, I saw "X removed all access rights from Eddie" in the chat, I was genuinely shocked at what could have caused me to get a full demotion. I did not break NDA, the only instance of me breaking NDA would be me making a report to DEAD about something from the meeting that he then looked into and investigated. Since me receiving an official, nothing happened regarding it and no further issues were caused, which is why I am so shocked to receive a full demotion today without knowing what else I'd done wrong.
Extra Information - The inactivity, yes I've been inactive, but most weeks I still got my minimum activity and attended every single meeting I could. The only times I have not got my minimum activity is when I had an inactivity notice, like this week due to me having mock exams currently and I'm trying to spend more time revising. I had said I would be improving my activity shortly and finding the dedication I used to have towards deathrun. The loss of interest in the gamemode doesn't make much sense to me, I've always loved deathrun but recently not got round to connecting as much due to me getting into SSRP, was about to start working on that though. During today's meeting I had came across and tested a huge exploit that meant any items could be duplicated, thanks to someone else, and I immediately messaged DEAD so he could look into fixing it. If I did not care or have any interest for the server, I would not have done that. Whenever I could I did handle my lead team duties, such as training people and responding to anyone who messaged me on any service requesting help. I was unhappy with the official because I knew I had done nothing wrong, but for that to get denied and then for me to get straight full demoted without having the slightest about what I'd done wrong since the official, is just extremely unfair.

I don't know why I'm appealing really, I wasn't originally going to. The people who voted on me receiving it are the people who will be voting on revoking it, which is just not gonna work I guess I'm just doing this because I know how unfair it is and I want to see what people will say and possibly get a more in depth reason for my demotion. As well as, although really unlikely, and probably impossible, the possibility to get my rank back and start doing everything I used to, like I used to.
