Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

If someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server I would give them and verbal warning and tell them to not do it again, if he/she continued to Text/Mic Spam I would mute them and explain to them why they have been muted and tell them not to do it again or the punishment will be worst. If they started to do it again after their mute I would either give them a longer mute or kick them (depending on what they were Mic spamming).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If someone was exploiting I would warn them, tell them not to do it again and explain why it is not allowed within the ZARP Servers. If they continued to exploit I would kick them. If they returned and continued to exploit I would contact a higher up and tell them to ban the player for exploiting.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when a user who is dead as a prop informs a another user of the locations of the other props through communication services such as Discord, Steam messages, Teamspeak etc.

A Scenario is if 2 people who know each other are on different teams (1 is on Prop and 1 is on Hunter) and the person who is on the Prop Team tells their friend where the other props are so that the person who is on the Hunter Team can go around and kill the props due to him knowing exactly where they are.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I think that I should be chosen to be Prop Hunt Moderator because I want to make the server a place clear of rulebreakers who are trying to ruin others experiences on the server. I also think that I should be chosen I enjoy the gamemode and I annoys me when I see a rulebreaker on and I cant do much about it. Another reason why I should be chosen is because I have shown through my rank as a SSRP Admin that I can be dedicated to my role as a staff member and I have experience dealing with users who are breaking the rules.
