Richard is one of the most reliable members of staff I know. He never fails to meet the mark when it comes to activity and goes out of his way to handle many reports/appeals on the forums. He also has good meeting attendance which is extremely desirable for lead team candidates.

Previously, I faulted Richard on attitude grounds but through recent interactions he has done a fantastic job at improving his attitude and is much more benevolent and approachable than he used to be.
